Gloria Rug

At RugHorizon, we want every purchase to be a worry-free experience. That’s why all our rugs come with a 2-year (24-month) warranty covering manufacturing defects and technical issues. If your rug encounters any problems during this period, we’ll repair or replace it at no extra cost. Our customer service team is here to assist you every step of the way, ensuring your complete satisfaction. Terms and conditions apply—please check our warranty details for more information.

Our machine washable rugs are designed for easy cleaning and stain removal, making them perfect for homes with kids, pets, and high-traffic areas.

• Easy Setup: Once your rug arrives, simply lay it flat in your desired space. No need to fuss over aligning corners or dealing with backing layers—just smooth, bubble-free placement.

• Effortless Cleaning: When it’s time to clean, toss your rug in the washing machine on a cold, gentle cycle. Avoid using bleach to preserve the quality of the rug.

• Drying Instructions: Line dry your rug or use a no-heat, air-only cycle in the dryer. If necessary, a low-heat iron can be used to remove any wrinkles.

• Vacuuming Tips: To remove dirt or debris, gently vacuum with the lowest setting, avoiding the use of the beater bar for the best results.

• Rug Pad Recommended: For extra cushioning and to prevent slipping, we recommend using a rug pad. This helps extend the life of both your rug and your floors.

Our washable rugs are designed to fit most standard washing machines, making maintenance a breeze.
